Jeff W. Pettigrew, Chief Executive Officer of Defense & Aerospace Integrators - Washington Office
Jeff was a Colonel in the Air Force with a depth of experience in the Joint military arena with established collaborative relationships within the U.S. Navy, Air Force and Army.
His Joint experience stems from being a former Naval Aviator, flying fighter jet aircraft from the USS Constellation, Independence and Nimitz aircraft carriers. In addition to being a Navy Advanced-Strike Jet Flight Instructor, he was also an Air Liaison Officer (ALO), providing airpower advocacy for every combat echelon within the U.S. Army. His leadership experience includes being the Director of Operations for an Air Support Operations Squadron, Commanding Officer for an Air Support Operations Center, and Commanding Officer for an Air Support Operations Group. Each of these roles provided direct inter-military support to Battalion through Army Corps on the integrated operational command and control (C2) coordination of Close Air Support (CAS) missions.
His operational experience includes flying missions in support of Desert Storm as well as being the Air Director in the Afghanistan Theater in support of CJTF-76. His team managed and directed all C2 integration requirements for strike aircraft during the period of Afghanistan’s democratic election and the proceeding inauguration of the Afghan presidency. He has also represented the U.S. military for Partnership for Peace, multi-national military exercises, with Ukraine, Germany, Japan, Thailand and England. He was a Chair on the Air Directorate Field Advisory Council (ADFAC) for the Director of the Air National Guard (ANG), which establishes strategic direction for 107,000 ANG airmen. He was the Weapons System Council Chairman for the Tactical Air Control community, and the senior ANG TACP Command representative to the Air Force: MAJCOMs, Air Staff at the Pentagon, and Army Corps.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Masters of Science in Management, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is a graduate of Air War College. He holds the designation of Senior Pilot in the Air Force, with over 10,000 flight hours piloting private, military fighter jet and commercial aircraft.
Michael A. Longoria, Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors - Georgia Office
Michael was a Brigadier General in the Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in international affairs and economics, U.S. Air Force Academy; a Master of Air and Space Science from the School of Advanced Airpower Studies, Air University; a Master of Arts degree in Communication, Univ of N Colorado and a Master of Arts degree in national security, from the Naval War College. He was a National Defense Fellow, at the Congressional Research Service, Library of Congress, Washington, D.C., authoring significant and published studies on major weapon systems for Congress. He was also a Senior Executive Fellow, at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass.
He has over 30 years of proven executive leadership of both large and small organizations in the public and private sectors. In the U.S. Air Force he commanded at all operational and tactical levels in combat. During these combat operations he made over 12 deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Panama. During humanitarian assistance operations he made over 11 deployments to the Philippines, Kenya, Haiti, Somalia, US Virgin Islands and the Gulf Coast after Katrina. His staff assignments included the White House, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Air Staff, Headquarters U.S. Special Operations Command and Headquarters Military Airlift Command. He directed policy offices within the Department of Defense; and technical offices managing and procuring very specialized weapon systems. Preceding his career in the U.S. Air Force he directed a 12,000 person volunteer organization in Texas and Oklahoma that provided family crisis and elderly support, troubled teen counseling, and other community-service related assistance. He recently retired from active duty as a brigadier general and is now an independent consultant.
Ron Krönen, COO - Washington Office
A seasoned technical staff augmentation delivery recruitment subject matter expert with 30 years experience. Ron attended Franklin University located in Lugano, Switzerland. He studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors. He has traveled and lived throughout the world and is trilingual. He was a principal partner at Project Objectives LLC. (AN IBM alliance company) staffed software development engineers for IBM’s 3090xx series.
Later he joined an Oracle Business Alliance Member, Dataforce UK-USA LLC. As the Director of Recruiting (South Eastern USA and Latin America.) After his stay with Dataforce UK –USA , Ron started ERP Source, which evolved into The SourceGroup. Bob completed four years of service in the United States Army Air Defense Artillery and went on to acquire over 20 years of technical computing and management experience in various process industries including paper, nuclear, steel, document imaging and business processes, and transportation, mostly in the areas of simulation and control systems. He has worked on over 70 installations in the United States, England, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Thailand. Bob's main strengths are systems analysis, requirements specification, and systems architecture. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and recently received certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Randy Baitcher - Chairman of our Oracle Practice Advisory Board has more than seventeen years of in-depth, "hands on" sales, marketing and management experience, of which the last twelve years have focused on supporting the entire ERP suite of the Oracle product line. He has been a programmer, systems analyst, development project leader, database administrator and database administration manager. Mark has worked around the world and led projects in Dubai, Singapore and Brussels. The last 14 years have been spent helping companies implement and manage SAP. Mark is an avid runner and has run over 20 marathons. Mark’s focus is to add value to a project and help companies manage technical projects through outsourcing relationships. Mark holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He is currently enrolled in the Project Management and MBA Program at the University of Texas at Dallas.
